Yummies was born from a simple idea: that the vibrant, soulful flavors of Middle Eastern street food could be celebrated in their most authentic form — 100% plant-based, made fresh, and served with warmth.
Our founder grew up on the flavors of the Levant — the crisp of a freshly fried falafel, the silk of good hummus, the tang of amba and pickled turnips. When going plant-based, the mission became clear: keep all that flavor, lose nothing in the process. Every recipe was reimagined from scratch, honoring tradition while embracing a kinder, greener way of eating.
Today, we hand-roll every falafel, bake our pita fresh, and craft every sauce in-house. We source locally when we can, compost what we can, and believe that good food should never come at the earth's expense.
